The service was exceptional with a quick check-in. We booked this fantastic hotel because of its marvellous location not far from Stanford Shopping Center and Stanford, the downtown area and the downtown shops, restaurants, Stanford.

The Sheraton Palo Alto plays in a different league. It is not to be compared with the other Motel chains, the equipment as for example the double glazing is clearly better. The location directly between Stanford University and the area around HanaHaus is also unbeatable. The whole thing has its price.

The rooms were newly remodelled with great beds and enjoyable breakfasts. There were a safe box, multi-channel TV and a fridge if needed. The venue was in a central location adjacent to Near to Stanford University, and Palo Alto downton.

From our hotel room you could hear every little conversation and noise from the hallways...Also the elevators were so so slow in there operation. It got to the point that taking the stairs was 5 times faster. Also ten bucks to park your car? Most hotels do not charge for your car.

Nice beds - All the usual stuff you get with a Sheraton. Nice pool. Great chill out area around the pool.
I got a room overlooking the railway. I was told the trains stopped at 11pm - They don'T. Still, good sound proffing helps. You can also hear the other rooms bathroom activities. Alo be aware of the $10 a day parking charge. Crazy as the people who visited me got a stamp from the hotel and paid nothing!

The Front Desk Manager handled the situation very well and she was very accommodating.
Could have obtained cheaper rate going through hotel website. Air conditioning was broken in room and it was very hot. Also had someone come into our room unannounced while we were there.
